C.C. says,”  I am so excited to be a part of the Connect Online Counseling team! I am here to help answer any questions you might have about the therapy process.  I myself have gone through therapy and this process can be overwhelming, and I am here to help navigate the start of your journey of healing.  For self care I love to spend time with my family, do cross-stitch, yoga and  read in my spare time.

Most recently, C.C. has completed her certification to be a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor!
