• Master's Degree or higher
• Active LCSW/ LCPC/ LMFT/ MD or full license in the State of Illinois 
• LSW/ LPC will be considered with prior private practice experience 
• Completed CAQH profile 
• NPI Type 1
• The employee will need to be organized, independent, detailed oriented, and hardworking
• Reliable internet, computer, and webcam
• Private space to conduct therapeutic sessions
• Culturally responsive, ethical integrity, antiracist, and social justice-oriented

• Prior Private Practice experience (required for LSW/LPC)
• Spanish Speaking
• Additional certifications (CADC, DBT, EMDR, Gottman, CWEL, CBT, etc.)

Full Time:  Minimum of 20 client hours a week
