Initially you can view therapist profiles and select one based on their expertise, experience, and interpersonal style. 


Upon confirmation of the appointment, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire about your preferences and therapeutic needs. Based on your responses, we may recommend therapists who best align with your requirements, however it is always your choice! 


Even after a session, if you feel that the therapist was not a good match, thats perfect fine! Reach out to our Intake Department to be scheduled with a new clinician. 


The first session is an opportunity for the therapist to understand you, your background, challenges, and goals. It's a no-pressure environment where you can share what you hope to achieve through therapy or allow the clinician to help you identify these goals.  


Frequency can vary based on your needs and goals. Some individuals benefit from weekly sessions, while others may need them less frequently. This can be discussed and tailored during your initial sessions.
